Elopement Wedding Photography in Yallingup

Yallingup is a fantastic location for elopement photography.

Elopement ceremony at Caves House and Yallingup Beach after for photos I was feeling like the luckiest elopement photographer down south.

First up I photographed Marc & Kate’s getting ready shots at The Regency Beach Club In Dunsborough.

Located conveniently close to numerous venues and ceremony locations I photograph a lot of weddings and elopements here.

Elopement Photography is still about building a story of your day. My photographs will remind you of the moments that happen and also the details of your dress, flowers etc.

The beautiful flowers here were created by the wonderfull talented crew at Zest Flowers in Dunsborough.

It’s so valuable to have photos that will remind you of the thought and care that went into planning your elopement.

Photographing the getting ready stage is partly about building trust and a relationship with your subjects.

Once people are relaxed and at ease they enjoy their experience and they look great in their photos.

Marc is a mechanic and a farmer. This was the first time he has ever worn formal pants, dress shoes and shirt like this before.

You can imagine that Marc hasn’t been in front of the camera very often either. I have a great knack of relaxing people who are not overly keen on having their photo taken.

Kate on the other hand is loving every minute.

Caves House in Yallingup is a perfect location for elopements weddings. The lower gardens are super private and sheltered from the sun, wind or whatever the weather gods decide.

The amazing celebrant Caz Copeman will not only be your celebrant but she will also organise your entire elopement experience.

I love looking for the unique aspect, composition or light to add some creativity to your elopement photography.

Following the kiss I am always keeping an eye out for natural moments like this one that shows the fun and joy.

The cool thing about photographing an elopement at Caves House is you have your first photo location right there in the beautiful tiered gardens.

Caves House in Yallingup has an abundance of fantastic scenes like this that offers you variety in your elopement photographs. I have a keen eye for great landscape scenes and being a great wedding photographer is about seeing.

This cute little bridge add some really nice character to the gardens at Caves House.

This flame tree is awesome for photos.

Yalingup beach has that magical nostalgic feeling to it. You can imagine the surf scene start and grow here.

The oceanscapes are impressive and vast with wild powerful waves meeting ragged rock.

Knowing that  a lot of people could take a decent photo here on their phone I know that I have to be really creative.

Using composition to highlight my message and how I perceive the coastline.

Choosing to show light in a particular way.

All the skills I need to deliver beautiful elopement photography at Yallingup beach.
